Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders require signature upon delivery. Once your artwork is shipped you will receive your tracking information. All international orders are shipped and packed with Pack and Send and require signature upon delivery. Once your artwork is shipped you will receive your tracking information. International shipping does not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and will be an additional charge to you. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive as framing is hand crafted and made to order. Should you have any specific delivery requirements or would like your order shipped express to meet critical timing, please contact us for a quote.
Framing is hand crafted and made to order. Al original paintings are framed in Natural Tasmanian Oak by one of Sydney's most reputable fine art framers. All paper works, prints and drawings and prints are sold unframed, however please contact us if you would like us to quote this service.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate.
Change of Mind
Currently we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, however please email us immediately using the subject line 'Urgent Change Of Order' as we may be able to find a resolution for your concern, should your item have not yet been shipped.
You are entitled to a refund for items you have purchased if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it, or could not have been apparent in your inspection of the item or photos before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase, the nature of the materials used, and also the price of the item; and
(c) you request to return the item within 14 days of your purchase and provide us with the proof of purchase order receipt.
Hannah Carrick reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Once approved, you must return your item within 7 days to be entitled to a refund.
If you are entitled to a refund, we recommend you send your item back in its original packaging with transit insurance, a trackable delivery service and signature upon delivery. We do not under any circumstances accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. If your return does not arrive, or becomes damaged during transit, your refund will not be processed. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, and will not include any refunds for shipping, delivery or packaging, these costs are incurred at the customer's sole expense.
All original artworks include transit insurance included as part of the shipping price. This insurance covers the full value of the artwork during transit. If your items are broken or damaged during transit, Hannah Carrick reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. You must photograph the item in its original packaging, unopened to a reasonable degree. If you can demonstrate that the damage occurred during transit, a claim will be submitted in accordance with the transit insurance. Hannah Carrick will require your full assistance during the claims process and you may be entitled to a full refund or, if possible, for the goods to be repaired / restored. If you cannot demonstrate the damage or fault in the item occurred during transit, you will not be entitled to a refund. In this case, repairs / restoration if applicable can be arranged upon request at the customer's expense.
